Eat your greens

After a long weekend of beer, pretzels, burgers and generally everything
that's bad for you, I made an amazingly healthy dinner. I steamed red
onions, garlic, mushrooms and red pepper in water and a bit of balsamico.
I put the vegetables on a bed of spinach and added some home made
salsa - super easy and so yummy!

We had never tried miso soup before but we had that for a starter tonight
and we really liked it so that might become a regular hit in our household.
